Why

In a world that values productivity, achievement, and constant forward movement, it is easy to lose touch with ourselves. We become so accustomed to meeting expectations, fulfilling roles, and living up to certain ideals that we may no longer recognise what we truly feel, need, or desire. Yet, being connected to ourselves and our inner world is essential to living a healthy and meaningful life. Our inner world holds valuable information about who we are, what we need, what matters to us, and what may be asking for our attention. When we lose touch with this inner landscape, we may begin to live in ways that are no longer aligned with ourselves, overlooking our needs, suppressing our emotions, or pushing beyond our own limits. Over time, this disconnection can take a toll on our well-being, sometimes manifesting in stress, exhaustion, or physical symptoms. Cultivating a relationship with ourselves is not a luxury, but a fundamental part of caring for our health and finding our way toward a meaningful life.

I believe that reconnecting begins with grounding ourselves in the present moment and in our bodies, because it is through this connection that we can begin to feel again. It means allowing ourselves to experience life as it is, without needing to make every feeling positive or every difficult moment meaningful. By slowing down and making room for the full range of our human experience, we can begin to live in a way that feels more authentic to who we are.

Beneath the noise of the world lies a deep knowing that reminds us of who we are, beyond the roles we fulfil and the stories we have learned to believe about ourselves. I offer a space for women to reconnect with their instinctive, authentic nature. I want to honour the (wild) part of them that knows how to feel deeply, trust their intuition and move through life in their own way. My sessions and photographs are an invitation to return to your essence, to remember the woman you have always been.
